Apparently, it's their policy to lie to their customers. Here is what happened: We ordered a cake batter + cookie dough shake. We received a cake batter + Oreo shake. Not what we ordered. I went to the counter. I showed her the shake. I said, "Does this shake look like cake batter + Oreo?" She replied, "Yes." I showed her the receipt and said, "Look. What does it say?" We waited over 30 min in the drive through line only six vehicles long on a Sat afternoon! We'd have left, but were trapped. Any business at the front window was quite limited. The manager refused to admit a problem or allow any compensation. The incompetent management and staff need a complete overhaul. Last time we ate there the hamburgers were super greasy and tasted like stale hotdogs. We will never eat there again, and I can't see why anyone else would ever want to.
