RecommendedCryotherapy makes you feel great and the place is so cute. Staff is super professional and stays with you the whole time. Fun and unique experience. Would go more often if I lived in town still. Will def visit every time I can tho!!

Excellent staff and facilities! I went in for shoulder and joint pain from Jiu-Jitsu class and found relief almost immediately!
I highly recommend trying this. I was nervous about the cold but the time passed fairly quickly and the results were worth the 3 minutes of uncomfortableness. The staff was great and made my experience one I will repeat.
Absolutely incredible have been going 3 days a week for about 2 months now has relieved the joint pain in my neck and stiffness throughout my body. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
