My girlfriend and I were first timers and had a great experience. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us a tour, then took our drink order while we waited in the very relaxing lounge. April pampered our feet and did an excellent job. She was very personable and fun to talk with. When our pedicures were finished, we were encouraged to stay and relax as long as we wanted.
Clean, professional, and friendly! Show up as a customer and leave as part of the family. Best spot in Anchorage for a couples massage!
Money well spent!!!! I loved the customer service and classy environment. The best part was my 50 minute massage that literally put me to sleep. My back was so tight due to stress and overworking myself, the massage was EVERYTHING!!! Thank you so much for an awesome experience!

Getting royal treatment at the Sheraton Ice Spa! The lady is superbly sweet, nice and thorough. Her name is Nadia and I would highly recommend her!
Had a mother/daughter private room massage & then enjoyed the tranquility tub..... all was so relaxing, peaceful. The massage was one of the best we have had. The atmosphere & staff were wonderful!
