This is the place to stop and unwind. My wife and I have been here several times and every time the service has been great. Professional warm environment that’s worth every dollar paid. April and Nadia are the ones to see but the rest of the team will do you right. A must experience.
Very clean and super friendly staff! Nadejda and April have been doing my pedicures and manicures for the past couple of years and they are nothing less than amazing! Kristina, the spa manager, is incredibly kind and helpful, and definitely takes interest in your experience being a positive one. I visited the Ice Spa on January 11, 2020, a Saturday. The amenities were nice and the staff were friendly. I paid for their specialty Fire&Ice manicure with a French tip and Shellac. It was certainly pricey, but I figured it would be worth it. I was wrong! That same day I noticed one of my nails had missing/bubbled shellac, not a big deal, just one out of ten. My sister in law took me in may 2019 and they were so nice..It was my 50th birthday and they comped everything.The people were so nice and I got an amazing message and manicure..I will never forget you guys!! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!
I recently had a facial, and it felt more like a chemical peel. My face was red and swollen for four days. I called and left a message and did not receive a call back.
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience here and we felt so rejuvenated after our spa treatment. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is soothing, quiet, and clean. We definitely are coming back!

Today I was spoiled with the Ice Escape package...pedicure, massage, and facial. This is a true day spa experience. You can relax here all day if you’d like. You can have champagne or mimosas or lunch. The setting cannot be beat and the staff make you feel like a welcome guest.
