Burger patty cold and raw inside, scorched outside. Milkshake tasted like powdered milk. Man they have gone down hill!! Baskin Robbins shakes are much bigger for the price, and taste like real ice cream with fruit chunks. Done with Ice-Burg.

They failed to mention over the phone that they are only accepting cash at this time. That’s a bit irritating when driving a great distance to find out when you pull your card out. Had to go to Jack in the Box. Wasted my time and theirs. It also wastes food.

They use fresh meat not frozen, their milkshakes are the best!! They have great tasting onion rings 🙂. Their food is fantastic!!

Hi sorry you were disappointed. I've been working there 35 years. We have held tight to what makes the Ice Burg great. The hamburgers were 6 to 1 lb and now they are 4 to 1 lb. Quarter pound fresh Angus meat never frozen. Use the best ingredients we always have. Real fruit not syrups. The best ice cream mix... holiday weekend is a very busy time. Try calling your order in ahead of time.
for those of you rating Ice burg for taking awhile to get your order...go to McDonald's...quantity or quality 🤔
5 out of 5 burgers we ordered were burnt so bad they were like hockey pucks. We drove 5 hours to be disappointed yet again. I don’t think I’ll be waisting my money to eat here again. When I worked here there is no way I would serve a burger that is scorched beyond recognition to anyone. Unacceptable.
Best burgers since forever!
The burgers are made to order with their special pickle relish. Order it with the works (tomato, onion, and lettuce) for a tasty dining option. A definite must try. 😋
