This place needs organization. They take orders on a blank paper pad. They don't give you a receipt of what you ordered. So when we had a mistake, the guy looked through the tub of orders multiple times trying to find our order slip. He never found it. We waited 15 minutes for our order the first time. Then waited another 10 minutes for the corrected burger. This burger had a stale hard

After reading multiple experiences by different people here I have decided to post mine. My mom grew up in this area and was SO excited to share this place with her kids! First of all we waited 25 minutes to get our full order only for one of the burgers to be wrong. We went back up to get it fixed and the guy who took our order went through the metal container with the "receipts" in and couldn't find ours. He looked about three times. Love ice burg especially when becky grimaldi is there, she makes the best milkshakes! I make sure sure shes there when i want my milkshalke. Great customer service from everyone

I was so excited to try my first malt and burger from here, but after the gal got my order wrong and then had a terrible attitude when I went up to ask her to fix it, I also had to pay again when I came to get my order fixed.... I won't be coming back. My step dad has been coming here for 30 years and was very disappointed by the behavior of staff. Hopefully they can resolve this problem soon, it could be such a fun place!
