The customer service was terrible. And it took forever.

Sorry for the customer service. Not what we know..we are not fast food. All orders are cooked to order never ahead and always your way.... will let the crew know and again terribly sorry. Can I put a credit on file for you to try again?

Grew up loving this place and had not been there in years. I was with a friend and while in town I bragged about the food. I ordered a bacon cheese burger a double bacon cheese burger two orders of large fries and two chocolate peanut butter shakes. Everything was fine but I was given only one shake. Delicious food and a fun atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and their burgers are beyond amazing!
Hands down - one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with customer service. We waited forever and when we did get to order the gal was EXTREMELY rude. The food was alright - but I will NEVER go back! What a joke!
Only thing that I would suggest is salt the fries a little less, otherwise fantastic meal!
I'll always have love for iceburge but quality of food sure has went down in the last 10 years :( service was great though. Sad to say but we may have been happier across the street �
