Grew up loving this place and had not been there in years. I was with a friend and while in town I bragged about the food. I ordered a bacon cheese burger a double bacon cheese burger two orders of large fries and two chocolate peanut butter shakes. Everything was fine but I was given only one shake. Delicious food and a fun atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and their burgers are beyond amazing!
Hands down - one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with customer service. We waited forever and when we did get to order the gal was EXTREMELY rude. The food was alright - but I will NEVER go back! What a joke!
Only thing that I would suggest is salt the fries a little less, otherwise fantastic meal!
I'll always have love for iceburge but quality of food sure has went down in the last 10 years :( service was great though. Sad to say but we may have been happier across the street �
