* EDIT: The refund was eventually processed * I'm thoroughly disappointed with the customer relations department. The lack of empathy for extenuating circumstances is jarring. Trying to obtain a refund for an exam prepayment has been dreadful. I'm now having to work with my credit card company & local consumer protections branch to claw back $285. I can understand not refunding an administrative fee for time spent by staff. But ICC is withholding a prepayment on the grounds of time lapsed for an "on-demand" exam that is stil... read more
