My daughter was bit by a deer tick and they removed the tick but they didn’t send it out for testing. Instead they put in their notes that I declined that testing, which is something no responsible mother would ever do. I insisted the tick be tested and asked the cost, I was told it was free and said great let’s test it. Called today to see if the results were back and sure enough the tick was discarded and the notes say I am the cause. They were so incredibly nice when I came in late Saturday night. I was so sick and they got me in and out & set up with everything I needed. We just moved here and we will definitely be back
I took my wife here since we live here in Westmont and was told by the receptionist they did not take Champ VA. which they did we found out later, told us to go somewhere else. If the person dies because they turn you away they are 100% at fault. We spoke with billing, and they informed the receptionist that they indeed did take the insurance as the secondary insurance. My wife has Medicare as a primary Champ VA. as secondary and after about an hour she was seen. The second time we went there, they pulled the same crap. This... read more
