Dr Ferrell is always polite and professional and always has my healthcare as her first priority. She has made it clear to me on a few occasions on how to be smart with my medication’s, and to never even think about abusing them She has always made sure I am taking my medication‘s appropriately and at the times that I should be taking them. I gotta say ive been to two other pain management doctors before coming here and i really like this place. I havent had one bad experience here and all the staff members are super nice and understanding, Dr Ferrell is great too and always in a good mood and ready to help with whatever I need! Its just always been a good experience every time i go there.
The front desk has bad customer service especially answering phones to give appointments.. they are sarcastic
