I had an appointment at 2:15, I arrived at 1:56. I am still sitting in a second waiting room to see the doctor. Why even give an appointment when the doctor doesn’t even see the patient until an hour and a half after your appointment time? I heard that the place use to be fast and nice, now it’s bad. I don’t understand having a second waiting area if you already start out in in, plus it is very tight in this second waiting room. I don’t think I recommend this place to anyone else.

It was a good place, not any more, I believe they are more concerned about getting money from the insurance companies then they are about their patients. Had an 11:15am appointment and it’s 1:20pm now and I’m still waiting to be seen.
I had lasik eye surgery and I was told it was covered for life. If I wanted to have it repeated due to vision changes I could go back and have procedure repeated. Well they don’t stand by their guarantee because now they want me to pay an out of pocket expense because vision changed and I can’t see far away anymore. I went thru all the preoperative testing to find out they won’t cover it 100% because technology has changed. Technology will always be changing and getting better.
