Great Ambience and friendly staff – Our Server and busser were so personable and exceeded our expectations of service. The wine list has so many selections it was hard to make up our mind, but the Sommelier/General Manager was very useful in assisting us. The environment at first might seem too posh and intimidating, but soon you realize the staff is very friendly willing please. Good looking people and GOOD Food! – I love this restaurant, not only is it an awesome swanky place to meet people but they have some of the tastiest treats - including the Croquetas which come with some of the best Pico I've ever had. They also have an excellent wine selection - especially the reds. I wish I would have read the reviews! – I heard that Ibiza was pretty swanky and the food was delish. I'll admit the atmosphere is pretty cool, I like all the flowy curtains and the bed in the Lounge ;P I would go for just ONE drink and an appetizer and then LEAVE!!! We had the beef skewers, calimari and prawns - All delicious but the Paella was too salty! bad experience – Right when we got to the door, we were approach by a not so friendly bouncer. I understand it is a night club also, but seriously, right when we get close the door, he push me and my date back. After the rude gesture, it followed by "I need to see your id before you enter in" , we were there for a dinner ( which we also had a reservation also, which i stated right as he stop me), then we got in. DON'T BE FOOLED!! – If you're planning on having a get together..this is NOT the place to be! I had made reservations for 10 people a few weeks in advance and when we got there, our spot was taken up by someone else and we had to wait for 45 mins until the people left. Attention to detail - the entire experience. – From the moment we walked into Ibiza we were made to feel special starting with the host at the front door and ending with the valet attendent assisting me with my coat. We made reservations for dinner on Friday evening, were shown immediately to our table. Amazing Place!!!! – Ibiza has a great feel. The food was exotic and had wonderful flavor. The vibe in the club was very posh and lush. I had heard nothing but great things about this incredible dinner club, however this is something that you have to experience for yourself. The staff was friendly and the management was very attentive as well. I would recommend this outstanding dinner club to all of my friends and family.
