Saturday Night Allure @ Ibiza is Awesome. – I usually like going to bars more than clubs but I'll go to clubs if I like the music & venue. I moved to Seattle in June and I've been looking for a Saturday night spot where I can just chill, enjoy some drinks, and meet some cool people. I finally found a place that I love going to: Allure. They always have a great DJ, good music, great drinks, cool bartenders and bouncers, and I always meet some interesting people at the bar. Plus they have 3 bars so it doesn't take forever to g... read more
Do NOT turn to Ibiza to host your private event!!! – For the love of God please never book Ibiza for your private event. We had a private birthday party here and it was hell on earth, I was stressed the entire time. We had about 100 people come through our venue throughout the night and Ibiza management said we had to order up $1,000 worth of drinks. Found out after everyone was invited that this could only be on 1 card. Management promised everything would work out... wrong! Promised 2 waitresses and 1 bouncer and only 1 wa... read more
Do NOT go! – This place is a joke. My friends and I paid to reserve table service at this bar and we saw our waitress twice in a four hour period. When we did see her she was rude and unfriendly and brought us the wrong drinks. When we tried to talk to the management about it, the owner Abi, called us "ungrateful" and "stupid" and he refused to try to resolve the issue. I cannot explain how unhappy I was with the experience I had at Ibiza. I am still in shock that the owner was so rude to everyone in our party. If you go her... read more
I am a good cook. I eat out rarely, and only in carefully screened places. This was a good experience. Nice presentation. Small portions, Crowded and a little on the loud side but overall good food. Service could be improved. Staffing a is a difficult part of running a restaurant (I once run one), so I can forgive the short coming if not repeated over time. I will go again. The chef seems to know what he is cooking.
Over rated under staffed – I went herefor happy hour. There was one server working the whole inside and outside. She was nice but didn't have the time to take our orders. Eventually a friend went to the bartender and complained about the service. He took the order and sent the server over. She apologized. Even after that we still had trouble getting service. The drinks and food were OK. It was very pricey. And they over charged my card. Something I am still trying to correct.
I wanted to love Ibiza... – Ibiza Dinner Club does not emulate the Spanish night-life as I had hoped. This place bills itself as an upscale, classy club. On weekend nights, it is actually a be-seen place for younger (20 to 30-something) adults with some cash, run by juvenile adults with potentially your cash. I walked in on a couple occasions during the week wondering if they were really open yet. I realize that every establishment has slow times, but there is something to be said for being receptive and welcoming, even duri... read more
What a d0uchebag – A group of friends and I got there a little before 10 (they were still in dinner mode) for some drinks. We sat down, ordered drinks and everything was fine. They switch to nightclub mode and started using the worst sound system I have ever heard at a bar/club. I went outside with a buddy to have a smoke and when we walked back in, this very rude stamp checker asked "do you have a stamp?". I kindly explained to him that we were there since dinner service and we do not have a stamp. After some words thrown b... read more
Really BAD Customer Service – My girlfriend and I decided to go to Ibiza for a Happy Hour. We've read good reviews on the citysearch and decided to give it a try. We left very dissappointed. I do not believe that if you come for a happy hour and not a dinner you should be treated differently. If so, then it is a discrimination. We did not get water and menus until we literally had to ask twice. So that process took about 20 mins. The food took forever and even to pay a bill was exhausting. We wanted to leave, but already ord... read more
If you want a hateful experience, but are with papparatzo, go here! – GAWD! What a nightmare! First of all, they don't bother to tell you that you must be 21 to get in. We had reservations the day after Christmas with our 16-year-old from -out-of-town and auntie-really-wants-to-impress neice. They weren't open. We get there...the doors are locked. We go elsewhere for dinner. I call the next day and the blame game starts: "Who did you make the reservation with? What was her name? Why can't you remember...it was only 14 days a... read more
