Extraordinario lugar! Excelentes instalaciones, comida increíble, atención de lujo! El único punto bajo son los "shows" nocturnos que son bastante malos comparados con otros hoteles Iberostar pero es un detalle, todo lo demás sobresaliente! Muy recomendable!!!
Had a wonderful week! Room,beach, pool and staff were great. Disappointed in the nightly entertainment. Would've preferred shows based on local entertainment, instead it was disco, Lion King, and Elvis. Afternoon entertainment at the pool was our favorite.

First time to Punta Cana not bad I feel the Iberostar in Mexico was alot better.
Second day of our stay there was no water at the resort for nearly 10 hours. When asking the staff how long is it going to take , they would say in spanish 10 minutes The lifeguard told me to go wash my daughters sandy hair in the pool. I was so disgusted that day and the day after. Timeshare offer disguised as a private breakfast and a tour around the property. Raymond called at 7 am , to come and pick us all up for that breakfast, instead we were transported to the office, where we were asked for our IDs. Asked for coffee ... read more
My first visit to the DR and after this fabulous experience, it will not be my last. I walk with a cane and the staff could not do enough to help me get around the resort. Loved it!!!
