Horrible!! Came for my honeymoon and was by far the worst vacation ever. We found two roaches in our room only to be moved to another room that had a roach. We were then moved to a "clean" third room and was greeted by a huge spider hanging from a web blocking the shower. The water in the room was luke warm-never got hot, the food was sub-par at best, and the staff was not friendly! The beach was is nice however the water is full of massive amounts o sea weed. Never again.

This is our 6th Iberostar stay, first at Iberostar Bavaro. Fantastic vacation. Great rooms, beautiful pool and facility and amazing beach. We consider this our home away from home. Iberostar never disappoints.
