Roban en iberostar punta cana.. respuesta del hotel es q el todo incluido no incluye.robos. los.hechos acaecieron en el dia en el hotel iberostar dominicana. We suffer 3 robberies in 8 days in Iberostar Dominicana. The hotel response that the all inclusive program do not include robberies and the hotel is public so they are not responsable for the lost items in the hotel. Even in the restaurants if someone steals something Iberostar told us that all the hotel is public so they will not response of anything.
This was our second trip to an Iberostar resort and we were EXTREMELY disappointed. Just about everyone we talked to had at least 1 person in their group get sick at some point during their stay. Though some of the staff were very accommodating, most spoke little to no English. The fact that this resort is considered 5 stars makes me question how frequently they check in on the properties. Funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos, desde a recepção, bar, restaurantes, animação.... Habitações amplas, limpas e confortáveis. Múltiplas opções de alimentação, tudo muito saboroso... Ótimo custo/benefício!
Mixed review: The hotel is Grand however we will never come back. Except for the a/c in our room there are very limited common areas with a/c. Even those with a/c it is kept above comfort levels. The grand foyer/lobby doesn't even have fans. So hot everywhere and no escape. We too got sick at the resort. Difficult to determine if it was from the food, water, ice, etc. but all four of us were very ill. Their bottled waters a cheap brand called Alaska. Tasted like tap water compared to Desani.
