get up early to secure sun bed in the shade , pool by the bar isn't as clean as main pool, food in restaurants is ok the buffet is better, entertainment staff are very enthusiastic but it is on the whole for the Spanish speaking guests, they tell you tipping is not expected by the staff but believe me you get served a lot faster if you flash the cash , overall the hotel and grounds are faultless (apart from the pool bar) the only downside is the price of trips and souvenirs in the gift shop in my opinion they are very expens... read more
