RecommendedStaff were very attentive and friendly, room was large and a great view, close proximity to pool, beach and restaurants. Very safe environment for the family. Food exceptional with a large variety of fine dinning restaurants.

Everything was outstanding from reastaurant waiter and waitress especially Edwin and ymelinda they work together at the buffet went out of their way to please a big crowd Shows outstanding, I have been to other resorts but no one has had such amazing and professional shows. The entertainment crew always around making sure that everyone has a great time, drinks delicious perfect mojito. Hoping I can go back soon and highly recommend it to family and friends Thank you for making our family vacation unforgettable

Tratamento diferenciado entre os hóspedes: se vc não é norte-americano e recebe em dólares, vc não vale nada nesse lugar! É all inclusive só se vc paga gorjetas em dólares! E quem fica carregando carteira num lugar desses? Sinceramente, eu não! O pessoal do Buffet é extremamente mal educado e a comida é sempre a mesma. Se vc tem expectativa de vir pra cá e comer frutos do mar, esqueça! No máximo vai encontrar uns ceviches de camarão ou algum prato de camarão escondido num cantinho do Buffet.
