Beautiful hotel! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was pretty good, as were the drinks. The only not great thing was the 24 hour room service, if ordered after 10PM you would either not get your food or only get half of your order.
Food was terrible and staff doesn’t speak English

we came from Dallas Texas here with family, 9 of us total. it was amazing. the staff is top notch, the food is amazing, the entertainment was great, the whole resort is absolutely perfect. no complaints. DO NOT believe the bad publicity that the Dominican Republic is getting. It is a beautiful country with a beautiful culture and people. I felt totally at least with my wife and kids and in laws all there. we left the resort a few times for all day excursions and had no problems. the only downside of the whole trip was leavin... read more
