They really made me feel like I was welcomed here. Asking if I needed any fluids. Barely had a wait time. Was given meds to break my fever and once I started to sweat my fever off they were kind enough to bring me a personal fan in my room. Incredibly friendly and respectful. The shot nurse had gorgeous eyes and I barely felt the "stab". With that all being said this is my second time personally using this place and they were calm,cool and collected my first go around too.
From the moment we walked in we were welcomed in a very kind, respectful manner. We did not have to wait long at all before being put in a room. Everyone was very professional and hospitable. They were quick with a diagnosis and treatment. Thanks to all of you at Iberia Urgent Care!
I cut my arm repairing a flat tire (long story). Showed up at Iberia Urgent Care around 10 AM Saturday. Cleaned, sutures, bandaged and out the door before 12 Noon. Folks were very cordial and professional. Didn't hurt too much either and the cost was very, very reasonable. Now, all that being said, today is Thursday. I have 7 sutures on a 2" long gash just above my right wrist. I have had no pain, no infection, no discomfort.
