I went in Urgent Care because the ER was too full. I found out I have the flu. Not what I wanted to hear, but knew I was a feeling good at all. Very friendly staff, very clean office in New Iberia. Wishing this flu would go away soon, but it has to run its course. But I recommend Iberia Urgent Care for Non Emergency type deals when you can't see your family doctor.
Professionalism at its finest! This was my second time going, the last being in 2014. I was very impressed then and equally so today. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by their very courteous staff member. The nurses were fabulous. The NP was excellent. I never felt like they were rushing. New Iberia is blessed to have this place with such caring people.
They were all awesome, friendly! I actually felt like they cared I was so sick, they got me fixed up and feeling sooo much better today! Plus they did it all in a very timely manner I was in and out within 30-45 min 😊
The people here really care about how you are feeling. Yesterday I was having a bout with asthma. They gave me a breathing treatment. Then Mary gave me a shot. Well, shots hurt, but she felt bad for me. Wonderful place. The other doctors in town could take some lessons from them for sure.
