I made an appointment with them for mobile service, and they hung up on me without asking for the dealership address of the vehicle I wanted to get inspected. I gave them the name of the dealership, so I figured they knew it and just didn’t need the address since they were the ones who hung up. I called them back the morning of the service an hour after they opened, and had to call 3 times over the course of an hour before they told me they booked another appointment because I didn’t give them the address.
