Very thorough and professional. One of the most competent doctors I've seen in this group
switched over to dr. fauconier after a horrible experience with his partner dr. horovitz. So glad I did! He's patient, kind, and very thorough. No attitude like dr. horovitz had with me.
Dr. Fauconier is a thorough, professional urologist. I have been to three other such specialists in the Modesto area who have either not cared enough or were too busy or too embarrassed to perform fundamental prognostic check-ups. His practice is busy and so is he, but if you have an opportunity to see Dr. Fauconier, do it. He gets a high recommendation from me, for what it's worth.
I liked HIS thoroughness in diagnosing and assisting with my problem. However, his nurse and receptionists leave much to be desired. Very difficult to get responses from nurse every time I called with a problem. I ended up calling again--sometimes multiple times to get resolution for my problems. They don't seem to particularly care about helping with insurance or disability papers. I get the feeling he is not given this paperwork in a timely manner.
I found the doctor very professional and helped me out greatly in an emergency when I found out I had double kidney failure and was very sick, He has since helped to clear out kidney stones to date.
I caution not only family & friends but anyone looking for a urologist; please keep looking. You have not found a knowledgeable, communicative or caring doctor in this one.. He has seemed to forgotten his Hippocratic oath somewhere along the way. Cancer is a scary thing in one’s life and to have a doctor treating you who decides to start canceling appointments because you have an issue with his billing dept speaks loudly about Dr. Fauconier’s quality of care.
Dr Gauconier is a fine doctor. My problem is that he walke in the office I had been waiting g for him supposedly knowing what to do with me! He has prescribed medicine and all without a Check up. But he came Back when his nurse discovered she had not done the urine test on the test I had given. he discovered that, he came right back in and finally asked me questions and did a thorough examination. Found blood in my urine. So further tests were given. Phone serv. STINKS waited 40+ min each time
Very direct, professional, to the point. Engaged with me about my care. Highly recommend .
