He listened and answered all my questions, explained why I was having problems, and gave me a natural diet solution.
Appointment was on time and handled well.
Dr. Fauconier is very thorough and good with explaining things. Staff are friendly and efficient. My only gripe is telephone communications -- endless, endless holds (yes, that's "holds" plural; no direct line to Urology Dept.) To add insult to injury, they keep playing this perky, cheerful message "Your call is very important to us. . . ." -- obviously untrue; if calls from patients were *really* "very important", they'd hire enough staff to answer them!
When I first meet Dr. Fauconier, he impressed me with straight forward fact about my treatment and he did not try to persuade me with any other.
