I’ll update this review when you get back to us and send my husband’s FMLA paperwork to his employer. He sent the request on 4/17 and today is 5/6. His job and benefits are in jeopardy and Jennifer hasn’t answered any of the phone calls or emails after stating she would get it done on the 17th. Dr Crooks is a kind, compassionate, empathetic person. These are qualities necessary for a mental health professional. Dr Crooks listens and provides feedback that has aided me in navigating my life. With the help of medicine and/or counseling, Dr. Crooks has been a blessing in my life. He's been instrumental in helping me cope with grief after the death of my beloved spouse. Dr Crooks was great! I actually came to these reviews first to pick him, and after our appointment today, I agree with all of them. Covered a lot in the first appointment and getting access to my treatment and diagnosis was achieved with no complications. I love telemedicine it was very easy to use and Jennifer, his assistant provided step by step instructions. I didn’t even have to leave my office parking lot. Dr. Crooks, has been my doctor for over 7 years. Why, because he has an incredible bedside manner, and he is extremely knowledgeable. He fills out your paperwork quickly, answer your messages ASAP. More importantly he is a doctor who takes the time to listen to you. I have tried other psychiatrists and I have to say Dr. Crooks is the very best. Meaning, he is worth every penny!!
