Staff and Dr.Ian were great.
I had to get a last minute fix on a recent procedure I had and it was something my original Dentist was unable to do so he called Dr Krusich. They got me in right away! I was nervous about going somewhere new for this one apt but right away the ladies that I spoke to were just amazing and made me feel like I had always been a patient there. Dr. Krusich was very friendly and made me feel right at home which eased my anxiety and he explained everything to me in detail which I appreciate. Awesome job!! I love my Dentist.
My appointment each six months is like a visit with family. The staff are consistently warm and friendly- a characteristic of this practice that has not wavered over the years. The ambience makes me forget that I'm at "the dentist's office", but then at the end all is magically taken care of! The atmosphere is perfectly commensurate with the competence of Dr. Krusich and the entire staff.
Today was my first visit to Dr. Krusich's office and I couldn't be more impressed. I've been going to the same dentist my whole life & being new to the area I was a little hesitant going to see somebody else. His office staff is so friendly and accommodating! They definitely go the extra mile for their patients ..upon my arrival this morning I was offered a cup of coffee as well as a breakfast bar to take to work with me when I left (mind blown). As always . . . friendly, professional, dedicated, personal . . . just all around GREAT people providing excellent dental care. LUV them all.
I had a great visit. Everyone was extremely friendly, and Dr. Krusich was very thorough. It is a little early to tell, but at this point I think my problem has been fixed, which makes me genuinely happy. I will be back.
I was truly satisfied with my dental visit. I was impressed with Dr Krusich, being I never met him before. He was was very considerate of my needs and thoroughly explained to me what I needed to do to have good dental care.
