I never liked going to the dentist and feared the pain that usually accompanied dental work. When I was told I needed a crown after I broke a tooth, naturally I was anxious. I was new to Dr. Krusich so that made me more nervous. I was totally surprised when I had no, and I mean no pain at all. He explained everything that was to happen. From now on, no one touches my mouth but him!!!
Trish and Dr. Krusich are always wonderful. They take time to listen to every single question and their passion for the positive patient experience is evident.
Gong to Dr. Ian is a one of a kind experience. His whole office staff makes you feel right at home and he is excellent and listening to his patients needs. We have two younger doughters that go to him and actually look forward to going to the dentist instead of dreading it! That speaks volumes of how well he is with kids.. one of the hardest patients to handle. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I cannot say enough about the care I have received at Krusich Dental. I have always had “angst” and hesitation when going to the dentist because of the sensitivity of my teeth, but no longer have any worries when going for a cleaning or other dental work. The entire staff is professional, friendly, caring, and most of all, they go to great lengths to listen to your individual concerns to make each visit a pleasant experience. We have gone there 3 times and each time is better than the visit before. People are willing to talk to you, about anything. The dentist understands life happens, and does not try to sell you things you don't need. My girls love the staff, and think he is pretty nice! I am happy here!
