I've been a patient of Dr. Davies for double-digit years and could not be more satisfied. When I initially saw her (complex health history, post sepsis), I felt she was compassionate. Every time after, I felt that she was too busy and had little time for my current health situation. Her MA interrupts and always seemed in a HUGE hurry. :-( I always had difficulty getting in to see her, despite my request at our first appointment to see ONLY her and not be referred to one of their outpatient clinics. I never felt important and that was scary after having almost died.
Told me they were part of my insurance network when they are not. Also took an unnecessary x-ray which cost me over $100..
Dr. Broman is I a league of his own. I have a number of conditions and I have seen him over the years and I have seen many Drs before him and he Is by a long shot the best Dr. I have seen.
Dr. A and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The off ice is very clean and covid safe! Great expert care, thank you!
Horrible customer service!!!! Dr Broman was only interested in my money, he is a greedy man only interested in self gain. With every visit his concern was only what he could charge you for, if he couldn't charge me, he couldn't help me, never offering better alternatives that are less expensive or free. I explained to him exactly what my wife and I were looking for and he could not even answer and never got back to us. I would give zero stars if possible.
