I started working with JJ in 2020 to sell my mother's house after she passed away. JJ provided other properties in the area that were for sale (for comparison) and gave me an idea of how much we could ask for the house. He had some great ideas on how to create interest in the house. In August 2020, the derecho storm hit - so repairs were needed (and time-consuming). Tim was extremely helpful, informative, and responsive. As first time sellers, after a hailstorm and derecho, he made what seemed impossible, become a reality. We moved across country the day after receiving an offer, and Tim went above and beyond by helping us fix all the storm damage and update the inside before the closing day.
