We recently sold our home by owner with the help of Mike Pfeiffer. I was very hesitant to sell by owner because we needed to sell within a short time frame based on a contingent offer. Mike got us rolling quickly and we sold in 6 days. Saved us about $10,000 dollars! Thanks Mike for helping us (me) through this! You were there every step of the way!
After failing to sell our home with a realtor in 2016 we signed up for For Sale By Owner with IA Homes early in 2017. After working with Tim and Mike and IA Homes we listed our house and accepted an offer after just one open house! We never realized by going FSBO we would actually be getting MORE support than our relator provided, and all of this without paying any realtor commissions!! IA Homes are the best - CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!
If you have any reservations about selling your house without a realtor, don't. Our first experience selling on our own was made very easy with Mike's help. Before we even committed to the process Mike took the time to discuss the process and answer all of our questions before we gave the go. The process has stuck to exactly as explained and everyone has been available and very easy to work with during the sale. Thanks to the entire IAHomes team for making this an awesome experience!
