After getting my truck junked out we tried to get my plates back and after days of having the run around and being on hold for at least 5 hours a piece between me and my husband. They still never gave my plates back and I had to file a police report. This is not a better business bureau accredited establishment.
Worst place ever as a transporter its the worst auction i ever seen. I arrive at 12:30 for pickup a car after almost 3 hours waiting and asking 3 times for my vehicle they told me that the car wasn’t there make me waste money and time worst costumer ever
