Very friendly, patient and helpful !!!
Paid the $200 fee to be able to bid/buy and they took the money and still unable to bid or buy. No response to emails texts nothing and so had to file a dispute with my bank as they are not responding. Don’t get conned out of $200

This is the worst Iaa in the country, they sold me numerous cars that was supposed to be Run and Drive none of them even started or ran. I've never had Iaa this bad, they do not care about the buyer at all, all they care about is scamming you out your money beware! I bought a car on the video it was running good purchased it it didn't even start or run. I asked for a refund the manger whose a scumbag, said no, mind that I spent $5,000 in a week ! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!
