I had a really great experience with IAA Honolulu. There was a small issue in the system during the auction, but Brandyn and the team handled everything quickly and professionally. Communication was clear, they stayed on top of it, and made sure everything worked out smoothly. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout the whole process. Because of the way they handled the situation, I’ll definitely continue doing business with this location. Great customer service all around!

Paid the $200 fee to be able to bid/buy and they took the money and still unable to bid or buy. No response to emails texts nothing and so had to file a dispute with my bank as they are not responding. Don’t get conned out of $200
