These folks responded from the start and they kept me informed of the process every step of the way. My situation was unique in that I needed a small manual transmission but because I could not yet drive a manual, I asked if they could deliver it to me. This they did without hesitation and even went so far as to deliver it on a Sunday. They were polite and personable and all paperwork was carried out at my residence. Called in reference to a specific vehicle. Salesman was helpful but rushed me off the phone. I had mixed feelings about the engagement.
Searching for a used car brought me to CarGurus, and ultimately I inquired about 2 cars, one of which was a 2012 Toyota Prius V at IA Cars R Us. I can be a bit skeptical, but I sent an inquiry concerning its availability, and within few hours received a reply that it was available and that I should stop in to see it.
