I think that the whole staff was just very unprofessional and rude.
Just wanted to find a reason not to see my son like I was wasting there time and they were rude the first second we walked in. Unprofessional to say the least
I didn't know what to expect after reading reviews about the staff. I took the chance to walk in for at least a consult on the medical spa side with Dr Uy. Val at the front was a sweetheart with me and I was given an appointment at the moment. It was a Monday or Tues afternoon. Got called up by a Shane(?) he was pretty funny and the female with him was super kind and caring . The doc came in and we worked up a plan together.
