My first visit to Luxury Nails & Spa. A truly wonderful experience. I had the best time with my best friend. I was glad to secure an appointment with Jenny for both of us, her reputation online as an outstanding nail artist really drew us in, and she exceeded all expectations. Today I have an appointment at 9:30 which was confirmed the by owner then when I got there at 9:30 they said they have no one to do my nail till 10 AM, I said ok I’ll wait after 15 minutes they came to me and said the girls can’t do my nails because they have another customers! Very irresponsible busyness, and very Disrespectful!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!! They wasted my time!!!!!

i love jenny and her work but this place is too expensive for the attitude they have me when i came in to have my nails fixed!! some gems came off my nails and one of my acrylic nails on my feet just randomly came off. i can’t in to get these fixed and the lady was mad af even tho i had called the night before. sloppily placed glue on my nails where its visible. refused to replace the nail that came off but also wouldn’t take the other one that was still on and i had to beg her to file the acrylic nails to the point where th... read more
Jenny is the best nail artist! She is quick and meticulous while creating a masterpiece on nails. Her work is beautiful! The staff is friendly and the location is next to Starbucks so enjoy your favorite drink while Jenny does her magic!
