I stopped in at I39 Supply to buy a trailer for a new machine I was buying. John and the crew were very patient with the fact that I didn't really know what I was talking about. They matched me up with the right trailer and explained why it was the right choice. I bought a trailer from i39 and Andrew and the rest of the crew went above and beyond my expectations , really nice people to work with and I would recommend this place to anyone!!! The customer service here is just incredible!!!!
Matt was great to work with, even put up with my frequent questions about options and when my custom ordered h&h would be in. There was a hiccup on h&h side but i feel confident it will be resolved to my expectations. Used it right away tows great! Looks amazing! Looking forward to many years of use out of this trailer!
Customer service was fantastic, even on a day that they were short staffed and incredibly busy. Through the entire purchase process I felt like I was valued as a customer, despite the phones ringing and other customers walking through the door. I brought my two sons with me (ages 8 and 10) and staff treated them with courtesy and respect.
Had a great experience today! Shopped around for trailer prices, best around, great service! Thank you can't wait to show off my racecar on my brand new car hauler!
