Don, Alex, Ty and Dianne were Fantastic! Finding a home took us some time. Don and Alex took their time to answer our questions along the way and Ty continually followed up to check in on us during the process. It was a smooth and quality experience from start to finish. I would definatley recommend USA Mortgage.
Don and Alex are tops in their field. They answered all our questions, helped us find a great loan, and even showed us we would lock down our rate when the interest rate went up last February. They are kind and very professional, offering to make themselves available for question 7 days a week. a fact they proved more than once by answering their phone on a Sunday. They even answered on New Years Eve! If you are looking for a great home loan, look no further, Don and Alex Carriker are the guys for you!
