Don and the whole team was so good to work with. They made everything easy and set us down and explained everything in a way that we could understand what was going on. They really did everything for us. We couldn't have asked for better experience. So if you're looking to buy a home highly recommend going in and talking to Don and the team.
I called Don at 8:30 pm to discuss a loan modification my mortgage company had sent me. After spending more than an hour with me walking me through the paperwork, he told me that my current offer was a good deal. He advised me to take the deal and call him back when we decide to move. He didn't gain anything from our discussion except earning my future business!
I first heard about Don listening to the local talk station. He always seemed so friendly and knowledgeable on the radio and that is his true character. I worked with Don, Alex and Lisa with the most. They were all awesome to work with replying to my emails and calls almost instantly. They would reply quickly even after hours and on the weekends.
