The properties that they were renting I was really happy about that,but they lost my security deposit and application fee that they said they never received which I had all receipts for,once moving into the property it looks really nice on the outside and inside but going into the backyard it was dog feces and toys and everything just in the dirt that wasn't part of the dirt, like weights the whole backyard was nothing but just muddy dirt. The maintenance crew addressed the issues with promptness and professionalism. There was however, consistent lack of attention to customer request from management, especially from the Assistant Portfolio Manager and from the Portfolio Manager. We needed assistance accessing the community center and other administrative requests that remained completely ignored, even after numerous emails and phone calls. Shady! I was told they had not received an application for a property so we completed one online, and paid the $90. application fee. I even called the office to make sure the house was still available, and was told "yes". The day after, they said they had already received an application, and would be returning our $90.00. It has been over a month and we have not received our $ Just called today and told it was sent to "processing" and would be sent our in two weeks. The same BS I was told a month ago! Ive been with them a while....i think they are hands down tge easiest to deal with.if not for them i woukd have had to get rid of my pets when we had to move....repairs are ALWAYS made immediatly. I dont have one complaint.they work with me during hard financial times not look to throw me out. They have houses all over so know your areas.....id recommend them highly
They don't return calls in a timely manner. Their remodeled houses look nice but the fix jobs are total crap. Things break within months and have to be fixed. Our ac has gone out more than once, this time it's totally broken, has been for about two weeks now, and for the past week we have been sitting in this house while the temp is 85 INSIDE THE HOUSE and they are not very concerned with fixing it any time soon. The office people are very friendly and helpful, we love our new place and would tell others to use this company.... but their representative who is the one that you're supposed to deal with and get all your information was completely negligent. Had several issues during the application process, after a lot of frustration i called into the office for more info. they straightened everything out in 5 min over the phone... we're still finding things that he did wrong or should have told us 3 months later... so i would recommend... read more
I love this place! they have been extremely helpful the whole way thru with us finding a new home! The lady Samantha we have been working with is awesome! she has always called me back when Ive left messages and has kept us up to date on everything. We move into our new house tomorrow. I'm so happy we have found invitation homes.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! You can never get a hold of anyone, and if you do it's an operator who cannot assist and have to transfer you to a VM that NO ONE answers. They send you all these notices in the mail with deadlines but NO ONE answers to any questions or concerns. They just want you to sign sign sign without questions ask.
When the other place closed their office without letting me know these people were very helpful and got me up and running in no time.
