Absolutely amazing experience at I orthodontics. The staff was so kind, friendly, fun and patient. Dr. I was the BEST! He made our not so fun teeth situation fun! My kids loved every minute of their time with him! He is incredible with kids and made they feel so at ease. They had a ball getting to know him and are excited to go back with their special passes to see Dr. I again! Highly recommend!!

I don't normally rate anything at 5/5 stars, but the team here really does rock from the doctor all the way down to the receptionists. The huge floor to ceiling windows definitely help the office space look and feel amazing as well. Even the paperwork you fill out is on heavy thick paper. All these details add up to a really great experience.

My sister referred us to Dr. I, and I am so glad she did! She has six kids currently under his care. Dr. I is going to fix my daughter's teeth from the debacle of another local orthodontist. I gave him a very small window, since my daughter leaves for college in 10 months, and he happily accepted and started her re-transformation that day. Exceptional customer service from the very first phone call, to my actual office visit, and all the way out the door. Felt very comfortable and that my best interest as a patient was at the forefront of my appointment. All my questions and concerns were addressed by both staff and Dr. I. I also really appreciated the flexibility and assurance in working with me financially to ensure I got the best care possible.

Danielle was extremely friendly and thorough intake on first visit and Dr. I stopped in to say hello during the tour and made me feel right at home. It was the easiest, most fun and efficient medical visit ever! I particularly liked the unusual "open" treatment area giving a feeling of comfort that nothing is going to come out from behind a wall and surprise you! It's also great to know that Dr. I is always watching every patient all the time and not in another room somewhere.

As always, the team was very professional. However, the wait was unacceptably long. We arrived a few minutes prior to our scheduled time, but left 2 hours and 10 minutes later. Nothing exceptional occurred - there were no unforseen problems in terms of treatment. I was especially disappointed as I had spoken with someone the day before to confirm that the appointment would take one hour.

My son is still giggling and telling everyone how Dr. I made him laugh about rubber bands:-) I think I was more anxious than he was and the staff handled me well! Ha! The staff and office are professional and AMAZING! I recommend Dr. I and his staff to everyone.
