Awesome appointment! Everyone was super friendly. I will definitely recommend! A little constructive criticism: Front desk did not seem to know what they were doing at first. She could not find the new patient paperwork. I think it would be a good idea to have that ready prior to me arriving. Also, felt like I got "passed around" a lot. Amazing experience for my son who has high anxiety with anything related to a dental/ortho visit. He had a smile the entire time and can't wait to go back! The staff was wonderful!
Word of mouth referrals are the best. Spent some time listening to feedback, soliciting same from my professional colleagues, and our own health care providers (pediatric and adult). Dr. Idiculla came highly recommended by all. Our experience validated these recommendations and my son and I know that our orthodontic treatment will be exceptional with this team!
Dr. I and his staff are absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked into the office for my daughter's first visit, we felt incredibly special and valuable. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Dr. I was very engaging with my children and wanted to be sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. My daughter can not wait to come back to the office for her first appointment! I highly recommend Dr. I and I-orthodontics if you are needing any orthodontic work now or in the future.
Our experience was great. Very friendly environment & staff. Professional and kind. I loved Dr. I's "sneaky thumb" language with my daughter. It helped me feel like I wasn't in trouble nor was she. She is pretty nervous about getting the expander, so we found an awesome blog from an experienced mom with good advice for next steps. Thanks for your compassion and genuine care for her.
