Full Disclosure I did not end up purchasing the car from this dealer. With that said I spoke with Marcus and asked about a car they had priced very well. He sent me videos of inside and out. Answered all of my question and was very respectful. I loved the car and made a admittedly low offer that was denied with grace. I’m from Dallas, and I bought my car from ILux in LA. It was done totally online and through videos and photos that we negotiated to “seal the deal”. Also an occasionally conversation, and question after question answered quickly. Broneel and, especially Marcus made everything seem like I could trust them, and I felt from the beginning they were honest and hard-working. In the end, the car’s quality and price were worth the additional costs to ship the car. Hats off to Broneel and Marcus!
Be cautious of this dealership. I bought 2020 Land Rover defender. I was having driver license issues. So I didn’t get to test drive the car. it had only 50k miles. I just trusted the guy. After completing the purchase, car’s problems start to surface. For example, there was rear differential issue, coolant leak, every oil in the car needed to replaced. It makes clunk noise.
