Leon is the best when it comes to shaping. He's the only one I've found in Portland that does perfect stiletto and almond shaped nails. Plus their pedicures are excellent!
This place is amazing! Leon did such a great job on my Halloween nails. Can't wait to go back for my next designs. Totally recommend. Prices are great too.
