I have been to this place a few times. My first experience (big chop) yielded a result I was happy with, but only after a frustrating wait. The original stylist never showed and I was only told this after sitting there unattended to for close to an hour. I called and ask for a scalp treatment for people with locs. The lady that answered the phone said we don’t do locs, weaves or anything like that. We only service natural hair. Which I already know that because that was not my questions. My locs are natural, unsure if this person realize that people loc their natural hair. this is from my experience & observation. I’ve dealt with a lot hair trauma growing up, so when I choose a salon I go because I’ve done my research to make sure they’re worthy to care for my head not just to pamper me. My first visit was amazing, my hair was provided with the treatment it DESPERATELY needed, in addition to Lulu explaining & breaking down what she’s placing on my hair & why.
