I recently joined ILK in Winchester. I love it!!! The staff is amazing and pushes you to your limit!! The center itself is very clean and well maintained. I didn't know anyone else in my class, but at the end of the first class(and every class after) you feel welcome and like you are part of something. The staff is really friendly and motivating. It's not a typical place that will take your money and then you are on your own. They will really work with you to help you reach whatever goal you are aiming for. They motivate you to keep returning to make it worth your money and time!!!
I love this place! First workout I've ever done that I loved to go to and enjoy so much. I can't wait to get there each day. It's addicting. I feel fantastic and full of energy, and I'm already starting to feel muscles. I also feel strong and confident. The instructors are so encouraging and keep you motivated and also check your form for safety. Highly recommend this place.
