I am currently doing the 6 week challenge here and I love it! I love the instructors, the gym itself, and the classes are high intensity and I feel like I am pushed beyond what I think I can do in each class and I feel so much better than when I started! Do yourself a favor and join a class!
I LOVE working out here! The trainers are amazing and I feel so much better about myself after just a few weeks. I can definitely feel and see the difference.

I love this gym! I think it might be the first gym that I can see myself committing to going to, I burned 600 calories in one class 😃. Everyone is so nice, funny and motivating. I don't feel like a beginner when I'm hitting the bag at all. The place is so clean and welcoming! 10/10 Recommend
