I am newer to the area and I get so excited to go to every class. There are at least a couple new people in every class and I look forward to cheering them on! The new class format is TOUGH but trust me everyone feels that way and they are supportive the entire class!

I love it here. They inspire me with training, offer challenges and routines to keep you motivated, and even are guiding me on food and nutrition goals so I reach my most excellent self. I had reservations about joining at first, but they keep classes limited, and they have excellent sanitation standards. The energy Is so amazing that I look forward to each visit

I am currently doing the 6 week challenge here and I love it! I love the instructors, the gym itself, and the classes are high intensity and I feel like I am pushed beyond what I think I can do in each class and I feel so much better than when I started! Do yourself a favor and join a class!
