I am currently doing the 6 week challenge here and I love it! I love the instructors, the gym itself, and the classes are high intensity and I feel like I am pushed beyond what I think I can do in each class and I feel so much better than when I started! Do yourself a favor and join a class!
I love this gym! I think it might be the first gym that I can see myself committing to going to, I burned 600 calories in one class 😃. Everyone is so nice, funny and motivating. I don't feel like a beginner when I'm hitting the bag at all. The place is so clean and welcoming! 10/10 Recommend
If you really are in need of a good workout and have a hard time doing it on your own then I Love Kickboxing in Winchester will do the trick! They put the A in a personal trainer. Ever since I started going there I have been so proud of myself. All of the kickboxing trainers focus on each individual to ensure there doing things accurately. Thanks to the team of I Love Kickboxing for believing in me and giving me hope to believe in myself again!!!
I love this place! The instructors really make you feel good about being there while whipping your butt into shape. I was a little hesitant in signing up because of the price but I knew if I signed up then it would make me go! They offer a lot of classes and they have lots of bags and the instructors come around often to help if you are not hitting/kicking correctly! ILKB is a family! They push you and drive you to do and be your very best! They welcome you with open arms and take interest in you as a person. The group setting workouts is an uncomfortable feeling for some but they do so well with making you feel included as well as making sure you get your one on one time.
