Very disappointed with the service from I Jimenez Landscape. The work was rushed, poorly done, and did not meet the expectations that were promised. Communication was unprofessional and it felt like they only cared about getting paid instead of delivering quality work. I gave them the opportunity to fix the issues, but the results were still unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I had an overall disappointing experience with Jimenez Landscaping. The project took much longer than expected, with constant delays and poor communication throughout the process. On top of that, the crew was not very clean or organized—tools and debris were often left behind at the end of the day. I expected a more professional and efficient service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

I had a great experience with Jimenez Landscape. They fixed the paver heaving issue in my backyard professionally and did a really solid job. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained the root cause clearly. Even though I had to wait for the HOA’s response before moving forward, they were very patient throughout the process, and communication was easy back and forth the entire time. Jimenez Landscape did an amazing job at my property of transforming the front of my home to a completely different look that I am very happy with the finished project! Very professional company with amazing workers that I’d recommend to anyone looking for home makeovers! This team, Jimenez Landscape, does incredible work and truly aim to keep their customer happy! I made a great choice going with Inocente & his team of professionals!

Jiminez landscaping does excellent work, is easy to work with and very collaborative when it comes to design, planning, etc. we’ve worked with Vicente and team twice and would definitely do it again.
