So here is a true story about I & J carpets. If I could leave them a less the 1 star review I would. They provided and installed a cork floor in our exercise room. It had a 25 year warranty. It failed after 15 years by de-laminating in several spots on the floor. It was not caused by any liquid and I proved that to them. So what did they do when they agreed the floor was faulty?? They referred me to the district office of the product. Who in turn referred me to the manufacturer, who was in a foreign country, of course they i... read more

Working with Jerry at I & J Carpets to find the carpet for my bedrooms was the most seamless process. No pressure, clear communication and he even took the time to come out to the house and measure before I had agreed to even purchase the carpet. The installation date was communicated well in advance, and the installers were prompt, professional, friendly and took great care of my home.
