Shannon is super rude, looking to argue, told me she is not looking to book clients or does not have info for when the building closed. Lots of other better places for better quality.
Shannon is fantastic at what she does. She's incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about her electrolysis process, which immediately makes you feel confident in her care. I originally found her through Groupon and have since continued with multiple sessions, with results that are increasingly long-lasting. Her services are thorough, affordable, and truly hard to beat. After almost 2 years of consistently seeing Shannon, my once weekly 90minute sessions are now only every 6 weeks, 30mins in length and exponentially less painful. I wish I had started electrolysis years ago. Stick to your schedule, do what she says as far as after/in-between care, and thank me later!

I ran out of gift ideas for my wife this last Christmas until I had the idea to get her a spa treatment. I asked around and a friend recommended this place so i booked her a facial and a few other things I thought she'd like. I was a little nervous because she can be picky, so I was relieved at how happy she was with her visit. She really WAS glowing!
